The homepage meta keywords are keywords that are displayed to search engines. The meta keywords should be a keywords that describe your products sepparated by commas. e.g. necklaces, silver necklaces, jewellery, jewelery, 925 jewellery etc
To add Meta Tag Keywords to your store go to Configuration > Store Settings > General Settings.
You will now see a screen called "Edit Settings". Edit the field called "Meta Tag Keywords".
